Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival – 45’ to 1hr drive (30km)
Once you’ll arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, a guide will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel in the city center to check in and relax after your long journey.
Overnight in Hanoi with breakfast included.
Note: Hotel check-in time is 14:00. Early check-in is not included.
Day 2: Hanoi – Sightseeing & Street food
Have a good breakfast, because your trip starts right away. First stop, the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh - the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and every afternoons due to closure), and the house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda; a historic Buddhist temple. Next up, you’ll visit Tran Quoc Pagoda - Hanoi’s oldest pagoda on the bank of West Lake, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university constructed in 11th century; a rare example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture.
Later on and back to the city center, stroll through Old Quarter from Hang Be Market to Thanh Ha wet market. Along the way delicacies, strange food items and an explanation of Vietnamese food practices will be given. These busy, eclectic markets are alive with the sights and sounds of Hanoi and are the essence of Vietnamese culture.
Continue through the streets of the Old Quarter to Dong Xuan market to sample some local treats such as pho tiu and bun dau. Your guide will explain the routine of Vietnam meal times and the indigenous and unusual ingredients eaten. Wander on the “food alley” to see other dishes on offer.
Back into the inner of the Old Quarter, check the specially treated fruit which are dependable on the seasons and a common snack in Vietnam. Last stop before returning to the hotel will be for a cup of coffee at one of the Old Quarter’s busiest - yet smallest - coffee shops.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay (B/L/D/Local guide on boat) – 3.5hrs drive (140km)
After breakfast, our driver will pick you up and drive you to Ha Long Bay (3.5 hours), a UNESCO World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. You’ll travel through the rich farmlands of the Delta of Red River and the landscape of rice fields, water buffalo, and the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Then, you’ll arrive in Halong and board to a traditional junk (a Chinese ship). Lunch will be served on board. The cruise passes by many rocks and islets in many funny shapes, and may stop for a while to visit a cave. Finally, the junk will move to the docking area; your dinner and overnight will be on board.
Day 4: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An (B/Local guide on boat) – 4 hours drive (145km)
In the morning, your brunch will be served while cruising to explore the beauties of the Bay before returning to the Wharf. Then, the junk will cruise toward Ha Long port for disembarking. Our car will be there to pick you up back to Hanoi (3.5 hours) and straight to the airport for a flight to Danang. Landing in Danang, our driver will welcome you and drive you (30km) to your hotel in or near Hoi An Ancient Town for check in; overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5 to day 7: Hoi An – Free
You will have three days in Hoi An for beach relaxing or whatever you want to do!

FULL DAY HUE CITY TOUR FROM HOI AN (LUNCH INCLUDED)
07:30am - Meet our guide at the lobby of the hotel and travel along the most beautiful coast of Vietnam to Hue (2-2.5 hours). Upon arrival, visit the impressive home of the Nguyen Dynasty emperors (1820-1945), the Imperial City and the Royal Citadel. Within the outer walls lies the Imperial City containing dynastic temples with the Royal Palace of the Forbidden Purple City at its center. Much of the Citadel was destroyed during the Tet Offensive in 1968 but it is gradually being restored. Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you can visit the Thien Mu, Hue's oldest and most beautiful pagoda, thought to be the symbol or religion and spirit of Hue people. Our car will drive you then to the tomb of emperor Tu Duc. Each one is a unique expression of the monarch’s personality, usually planned in detail during his empire. Return to Danang after the visit and have a sunset view from the top of Hai Van Pass. Around 18:30-19:00 you’ll be back to your hotel.

FULL DAY HOI AN AND TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE (LUNCH INCLUDED)
Depart from your hotel at 8.00am and have a guided walking tour around Hoi An Ancient Town. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Chinese Assembly Hall, and the local market. There are numerous art galleries, souvenirs and tailor shops where you can get some express made-to-order clothes if you like! Lunch will be catered at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, drive to Tra Que Vegetable Village. Walk around a vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land, fertilizing it with seaweeds from the local lake, raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Enjoy a foot massage and then spend the rest of your time to learn how to prepare ‘Tam Huu' spring rolls & rice pancake with your host. Return to your hotel.

HALF DAY JOINT COOKING CLASS (LUNCH INCLUDED)
08:00am – After breakfast, gather at the Hai Scout Café in Hoi An’s old streets to meet the chef and then visit the local market to buy the right ingredients for your upcoming cooking lesson. Board a boat for a leisurely cruise along the Thu Bon River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. On arrival, explore the school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which are a mix of Vietnamese and Chinese cuisines. The cooking lesson lasts about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge’s chef before you prepare it by yourself. The class also contains a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carvings (plate decoration). After the lesson, you will taste what you have cooked. Then, the boat will take you back to Hoi An town.

HALF DAY MY SON SANCTUARY
At 8.00am or 1.00pm you will visit My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site, 40 km southwest of Hoi An. Located in a lush valley, My Son was a capital and religious center of Cham people. With its impressive red brick towers and sanctuaries, My Son is considered to be in the same league as some of Southeast Asia's greatest archaeological sites, including Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. The remaining towers and sanctuaries were built from the 7th to 13th century. Then, you will return to your hotel.

Day 8: Hoi An – Siem Reap
After breakfast, you will be free today in Hoi An until our driver takes you to the airport for a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you will meet our guide and then check in your hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 9: Siem Reap – Angkor Temples
After breakfast, a very special and busy day will begin as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom; undiscovered by mass tourist – the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century). See the South Gate, Bayon Temple which is unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara and the Baphuon Temple, lying just to the north of Bayon; a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru. Then, the Royal Enclosure, the temple of Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
We will then go to the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Ta Prohm was built in the 12th century and it is a Buddhist temple dedicated to the mother of King Jayavarman VII. Next up, we’ll visit Banteay Kdei, located south of Ta Promh and built in the mid-12th to early 13th centuries AD during the reign of Jayavarman VII.
In the afternoon, you will visit the famous temple Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology.
Late afternoon, hike up to the best place for sunset in Angkor complex, the Pre Rup temple. Return to your hotel and relax after an interesting day.
Day 10: Siem Reap – Free
A free day in Siem Reap to explore the town by yourself or you can see more temples!

HALF DAY TONLE SAP LAKE
At 08:00am or 13:30pm you’ll meet our guide and drive to Tonle Sap Great Lake for cruising, visiting fisherman’s life, floating fishing village dot the semi-submerged forest that lines the flood plant rim of the lake. Then you’ll go to Chantier Ecole-Artisan d’angkor; founded in 1992 and implemented by the Cambodian Ministry of Education, this place is a renowned woodworking, stone carving and polychrome training center. Free tour of the classes and workshops offer a glimpse into the unique skills training program that teaches young artists in the techniques and styles of classic Cambodian artistry.

Day 11: Siem Reap – Departure
Have breakfast at the hotel and enjoy your free time until being transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
